Join us as we discuss ways you can successfully transition your baby to solid foods. We will explore baby-led weaning versus the more traditional puree method, as well as picky eating versus problem feeding. Come and learn mealtime strategies that help limit picky eating, plus so much more.

This workshop is geared for all families, and is not breastfeeding specific. For a more breastfeeding-focused workshop, the BRC recommends our Starting Solids Workshop.

Attendees have the opportunity for a free speech language and feeding screening as well.This group will focus on transitioning to solid foods for your baby. Baby led weaning versus a traditional puree method will be reviewed. The speech language pathologists will facilitate a discussion on picky eating provide strategies to incorporate into mealtime to limit picky eating.Screenings will be completed at the end of our group.

We ask that you wear your mask during the workshop and when entering and exiting the building.
