Implementing a Baby Protection Plan and the Basics of Wills and Trusts for Young Parents:

Steve Zelinger, Esq., a solo practitioner focusing on estate planning, will teach parents the basics behind wills and trusts for their kids if Mom and Dad are no longer around, Financial Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives. While many new parents think that drafting a will is only for the elderly there are numerous reasons why starting off on the right foot in this area is a great gift you can give to your family. Find out why you must properly name guardians (and how to do it right!), why any parent of minors needs a trust to distribute assets and how you can be sure you have a plan in place in case you are incapacitated. Steve loves working with young parents and can relate to their concerns as a parent himself.

We will also be joined by Financial Planner, Brian Sperling.
