Infants arrive into the world with a premature nervous system that relies on parents and caregivers for coregulation. Even seemingly simple things like eating and sleeping can go ary if a baby has trouble relaxing their body and nervous system to a state of rest and digest rather than fight or flight. Not to mention the added dysregulation of hurdles such as reflux or gas, tongue ties, feeding difficulty, and positional tension from utero.

In this workshop you will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of coregulation, and practical and concrete strategies to help soothe and regulate your baby as they transition and adjust to our great big world. In practice, these tips will help make your baby’s feeds, sleep, and general disposition more calm, cool, and connected.
