December 12th Support Group for Fathers & Non-Breastfeeding Partners

This highly interactive group will provide education and support for fathers and others who closely support their breastfeeding partner. Each group meeting will be unique and will focus on the specific needs and concerns of the group members. While the group will focus on supporting your child's breastfeeding, there will be ample time to discuss each participant's fears, concerns, and excitement about being a new parent. Particular emphasis will be placed on how the non-breastfeeding partner can bond and connect with their child.

Bryan is a licensed psychologist. He has been working in the social services field for over 40 years. He has recently retired from full-time work and has transitioned to part-time private psychotherapy practice. Bryan's two adult sons were breastfed by his wife, Ilene Ogando-Cohen, who became a Lactation Consultant. Bryan gave his first talk on "Men and Breastfeeding" 25 years ago for the then Mt.
