Take advantage of this fun, hands-on opportunity to connect, nurture, and relax with your baby!

Infant massage integrates long-existing knowledge of the importance of touch and body based soothing as the grounds for strong attachment, coregulation, and ease for both you and your baby. This course includes techniques for tension, digestion, sleep and beyond.

By completing this class, you will be better able to understand your baby’s nervous system and how to regulate it through touch. You will gain a better understanding of the best times to promote bonding, relief, relaxation or stimulation, through this split online and in-person training.

Dr Bryan Nichols is a physical therapist and certified infant massage instructor who was inspired to help families by his own partner’s struggles with breastfeeding and his son’s feeding issues. Now he helps families achieve balance with feeding, reflux, and sleep through manual therapy and bodywork.
