Birth Your Story Event

Join us on Sunday, April 16^th from 10 - 11 am for a "Birth Your Story" event. We strongly believe that there is power in sharing and naming your birth story, no matter what it looked like. The reflecting back is an integral process of creating the narrative you would like to help remember your unique experience. Perhaps you have already journaled or blogged your birth experience(s); you are welcome to bring that and read it aloud to others or simply share your story in real time. Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of "Birth Your Story", by Jaime Fleres.
